Come and join Bob at the Wednesday Space Lecture on "Black Holes, Dark Matter and Vacuum Energy" at 6.30pm at the Winchester Science Centre. We will be meeting at the Science Centre at 6.15pm to buy tickets before the lecture.

These Wednesday Space Lectures are aimed at a level a little above most popular science lectures, so come prepared to exercise your brain and learn the science behind the headlines. The speakers are chosen from the best academic speakers in the UK, with a talent for explaining difficult concepts and the knowledge to give the very latest news from the research community.

Although the primary audience is adults, older children are also welcome to attend.

Robin Catchpole has presented a number of lectures at Winchester Science Centre and they are always pleased to welcome him back! You may also have seen him in the BBC4 programme 'The seven Ages of Starlight' which was shortlisted for an award at the 2013 BNAFF World Media Festival.
