Running a Sports Association

Any kind of sport requires tools to make the participants enjoy their activities, this can be training or taking part in competitions. The administrators on the other hand have to provide the mechanisms to collect subscriptions, membership, entry fees and arange the year on year essential administration of their association and its clubs.

There is no simple fix that will remove this administration burden but their is a way of becoming more organised and sharing the load. The ActivityForum Sports Association System enables the interface between all of the different aspects of a particular sporting activity to be administered in a common framework.

All sports

The ActivityForum system helps organisers build event listings and mail these to their membership, simply building an event list can improve the attendence at all types of club activities. Increasing the bar takings and entry payments, can make the social elements of the sports work really well, simply by getting more people to turn up....

Turning Left

You don't have to turn left to know what is going on, the training sessions are always a point when the different members of a club can offer their years of experience to the younger members.

ActivityForum lets the system take the strain and enables the sports enthusiasts to get to grips with their sport, coaching, training and competing

Other River users demand respect

Swans are the Royal birds, or so it is said. .....This one inhabits the Jubillee Stream, this feat of man made engineering runs from Maidenhead to Slough via sort of heading towards Windsor. No rowing or other signs of life but plenty of river users as you can see. Including the ramblers, ActivityForum is ideal for promoting an running your rambling club. Post the pictures of the events add the meeting points and maps, and of course remind everyone the day before or if the weather changes provide last minute changes of plans

Just out and about

Just out and about with the team on a energetic excuse for training and get together calling the squad out for a light hearted training session brings in that all important team building concept. Remember that all sports are competeing for members and supporters. Making being a committed supporter attractive is also important
