Improvers Plus sign in at 8.30pm for an 8.35pm start. For our Drills and Thrills they focus totally on the fitness side of bellydance, with our favourite drills and a mega shimmy each week. Aimed at building stamina, this is the perfect companion class for one of the intermediate/advanced classes, or for the dancer who is more focused on fitness than creativity.
