Our Bums & Tums Class is a workout aimed at working and toning your legs/hips and abdominal. There is no jumping, just loads of toning! The class is not all floor based - half is standing - with floor work mainly for the abdominals. We use resistance bands and small fitness yoga balls.
All Julie's classes are run with the idea of working hard and having FUN! As in the Aerobic Toning Class, all students can work to their own potential and ability. The aim is to improve technique and ability to ensure weight loss, and a toned body which has gained in flexibility and mobility.
